3. What you eat is key – Do you stop sometimes when eating and wonder if the foods you put in your body are good for your teeth? For example, do you have a tendency to want to eat junk foods? How often are you putting sweets in your mouth? It is important you do all you can to get the right foods in your body. Not only is this key for your overall health, but it is also important for your mouth. Also look at what you drink over time. Do you have a tendency to drink a lot of soda?
